Hi, I’m Dolly Oksman. I’m a teacher, autism specialist, and certified wellness & mental health coach.

As a special education teacher and autism specialist, I’ve seen how much caregivers and educators give every day.
Many people supporting children with autism feel they must stay strong for everyone else, but often without support for themselves.
My mission is to help caregivers and educators understand their stress patterns, calm their nervous system, and rediscover moments of peace in the middle of demanding days.
